Refund Policy

Due to the nature of time-based service bookings, my refund policy is as follows:

• Over 24 Hours Notice - Full Refund or Reschedule of lesson to a time that suits both parties.

• Under 24 Hours Notice -Partial Refund or Reschedule of lesson to a time that suits both parties.

• No notice given - No Refund will be offered.

• Emergency Situation - Reschedule of lesson to a time that suits both parties.

If you have purchased a pack of lessons, and are no longer able to attend, the following policy applies:

• If you have not attended any lesson, as well as supplied over 24 hours notice: Full Refund.

• If you have not attended any lesson, but have supplied less than 24 hours notice: Partial refund of the first lesson, and Full Refund of all remaining lessons in pack.

• If you have not attended any lesson, but supplied no notice before the first lesson: No Refund offered for the first lesson, and Full Refund of all remaining lessons in pack.

• If you have attended a lesson, as well as supplied over 24 hours notice: Full Refund of all remaining lessons in pack

• If you have attended a lesson, but have supplied less than 24 hours notice: Partial refund of the next lesson, and Full Refund of all remaining lessons in pack.

• If you have attended a lesson, but supplied no notice before the next lesson: No Refund offered for the next lesson, and Full Refund of all remaining lessons in pack.
